Research Theory was founded on the principle of being solution-oriented. We believe that taking action comes first when it comes to solving big problems.

Our
Initiatives
We believe that creativity drives good science. The Creativity Initiative aims to foster creativity among scientists in order to help them unlock their creative (and therefore scientific) potential.
The Research Initiative (Coming in 2024)
Inspired by recent works in the Science of Science field, The Research Initiative aims to understand how scientific environments, practices, and personalities contribute to different types of research. Using data from The Creativity Initiative, we hope to develop insights into what researchers need to thrive.
